Description All you need to relax in comfortable surroundings – this brand new residence on Lake Como is situated only 150 metres from the beach and consists of 11 comfortable apartments.
The residence was built in 2006 and features cosy and modern en suite apartments with a size of 40/52 m².
The apartments on the ground floor have a small garden and those on the first floor have a small balcony or a private seat in the garden.
All guests can use the beautiful garden with pool (10 x 5 x 1.
5 metres, open from 1st April until 7th October), the sun lounges and the small bar.
The hotel has a children’s play ground as well as an underground car park.
